Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Employment Litigator to manage the U.S. employment litigation docket, coordinating strategy with outside counsel and leading discovery.

You will serve as the internal contact for e-discovery, document review, and budgeting, while advising HR and business stakeholders on risk and strategy. The role requires 8–10 years of experience, with in-house exposure preferred, and a track record defending employment claims across multiple states.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction where BCG operates.
• Strong command of federal and state discovery rules and e-discovery best practices.
• Experience defending employment claims across multiple U.S. states; in-house experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage BCG's U.S. employment litigation docket across a range of matter types.
• Own litigation strategy in coordination with outside counsel from intake through resolution.
• Lead discovery management and e-discovery workflows, acting as internal point of contact.
