Accenture is seeking an Employment Litigation Counsel to serve as a legal advisor to internal stakeholders on complex employee relations issues and compliance across the United States, reporting to the North American Employment Litigation Lead.

You will act across federal and state law, build outside counsel relationships, and handle disputes, wage and hour, discrimination, and retaliation matters, while aligning on risk mitigation and policy changes.

Competenze

• Law Degree / Juris Doctor and active license in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing employment litigation.
• Experience advising management of large companies.
• Experience assessing wage/hour claims and worker classifications, including FLSA.
• Experience advising on HR investigations.

Mansioni

• Act as legal advisor on employment litigation and disputes involving US federal, state, and local laws with focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Provide legal expertise to resolve complex employee relations and litigation matters.
• Possess knowledge of FLSA classifications, overtime, and wage and hour issues.
• Advise on disputes alleging discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
• Assess regulatory and compliance initiatives affecting employment practices.
• Develop and manage outside counsel relationships.
• Support disputes arising from acquisitions and advise on remediation.
