Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to serve as the subject matter expert on workplace relations. You will partner with leaders to address concerns, conduct investigations, mitigate risk, and ensure consistent policy application across roughly 600 employees, with a fully onsite work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of direct employee relations and workplace investigations experience.
• Experience leading complex investigations involving misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or policy violations.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to assess credibility, identify risk, conduct thorough investigations, and provide recommendations.
• Experience advising leaders on corrective action, performance management, and terminations.
• Excellent conflict resolution, interviewing, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work with leaders, HR, and legal stakeholders.
• PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume employee relations caseload (20–30 active cases, sometimes higher).
• Conduct impartial investigations into employee complaints and workplace conflicts.
• Gather evidence, interview, assess credibility, document findings, and prepare summaries and recommendations.
• Partner with leaders to determine appropriate corrective actions, coaching plans, and terminations.
• Ensure prompt, fair, and consistent resolution of workplace issues while minimizing risk.
• Maintain thorough documentation of investigations, findings, outcomes, and recommendations.
• Advise managers on best practices in employee relations, performance management, and policy application.
• Identify trends and risk areas, recommending process improvements and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and legal partners on complex or high-risk matters.
