Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering and hands-on hardware experience in high‑voltage power electronics.
• 8+ years in EMC/EMI design, testing, and compliance for power electronics.
• Strong modeling, simulation, and correlation with lab measurements.
• Experience leading external EMC tests, requirements, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMC design strategies for power converters, including requirements decomposition and risk assessment.
• Develop models to predict coupling paths, resonances, and emissions; guide mitigation strategies.
• Design, build, and test EMI filters and related components for CM/DM noises.
• Coordinate external EMC tests: requirements, sourcing, contracts, scheduling, and review.
• Investigate EMI root causes using data, simulations, and grounding/shielding analysis.
• Create reusable EMC guidelines, checklists, and lessons learned for future programs.
