RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD seeks an experienced EMC engineer to lead investigations of compliance failures, analyze emissions and immunity issues, and develop robust EMC solutions across HVAC, smart control products and commercial electronics.

You will oversee EMC testing and validation, including filtering, shielding and grounding strategies, as well as PCB layout improvements and schematic reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years EMC engineering experience.
• EMC compliance failure investigation.
• Conducted and radiated emissions testing.
• ESD, EFT, surge and RF immunity testing.
• Voltage dips, interruptions and flicker testing.
• EMC testing and validation and certification testing.
• PCB layout and schematic review.
• Cable management and isolation techniques.
• HVAC / thermostat / smart control product experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead investigation of EMC compliance failures during product development, certification, and production.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to conducted/radiated emissions and immunity tests.
• Develop EMC solutions including filtering, shielding, grounding, and PCB layout improvements.
• Identify EMC risks in system architecture, schematics and PCB layouts.
• Support HVAC thermostats and smart control products with EMC expertise.
• Coordinate EMC testing and validation activities (oscilloscope-based analysis).
