Legend Brands is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the end-to-end development of durable electromechanical consumer products. You will provide technical leadership across mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and embedded systems to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum eight years of applicable work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the design, development, testing, and launch of durable electromechanical consumer products.
• Provide technical leadership and direction across mechanical, refrigeration, electrical/electronic, and embedded-system engineering disciplines.
• Manage engineering priorities, workloads, schedules, and resources to support business and product-development objectives.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop engineering personnel while managing performance, goals, and career development.
• Lead technical design reviews, DFMEAs, risk assessments, root-cause investigations, and corrective-action activities.
• Drive engineering projects from initial concept through design, validation, production launch, and ongoing lifecycle support.
