Job summary

Engineered Corrosion Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to drive product development from concept through production release. You will coordinate schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to keep programs on track.

This role emphasizes organization, problem solving, collaboration, and delivering projects on time while aligning with business objectives and development requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, operations, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years coordinating projects in product development, engineering, manufacturing, or technical enviroment.
• Experience managing schedules, milestones, and cross-functional activities.
• Proficiency with PM and collaboration tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product development projects from concept to production launch.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule risks, resource constraints, and delays.
• Support planning, timeline development, and project reporting.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and development requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and document decisions and actions.
• Help manage documentation, change logs, and stage-gate processes.
• Promote accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
