Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of mechanical design and product development experience.
• 5–8 years of CAD experience (SolidWorks or Inventor).
• Ability to convert concepts into practical engineering solutions.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and CE standards.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale mechanical projects from concept to implementation.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Develop new product concepts and architectures.
• Create 3D models, BOMs, P&IDs, and drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and manufacturing.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and quality improvements.
• Ensure designs meet safety standards and manufacturability.
