Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of mechanical design and product development experience.
• Experience with CAD software, SolidWorks and/or Inventor.
• Ability to develop concepts into practical engineering solutions.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and CE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technical projects from concept through implementation.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers to accelerate development.
• Drive innovation by defining new product concepts and architectures.
• Identify patentable technologies and intellectual property opportunities.
• Champion continuous improvement within the product development process.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation (drawings, BOMs, P&IDs).
