Job summary

The role requires TS/SCI eligible status, strong leadership, and hands-on software lifecycle experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or STEM with 5 years of embedded RTOS software experience OR
• Master's degree with 3 years of embedded RTOS software experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of the full software development lifecycle for embedded real-time systems.
• Lead and guide a matrixed team of software engineers in processes, career development, and performance reviews.
• Participate in proposal generation, staffing, recruiting, and project execution.
