Qualifications

• 10+ years in embedded systems development with safety-critical software (DO-178C).
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering safety-critical projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of embedded software engineers in design, development and testing.
• Oversee the software development process to meet DO-178C safety standards.
• Manage multiple projects with DAL C or higher, ensuring design reviews and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing and QA.
• Develop and maintain the technical vision for embedded software products.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on best practices and standards.
• Ensure skills and training meet DO-178C and industry requirements.
• Communicate progress and alignment with stakeholders and partners.
