You will lead cross‑functional teams across product lines to deliver embedded software for brushless motor drives used in professional tools and outdoor equipment.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10+ years of engineering experience, and 5+ years of people leadership, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years managing or leading teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation.
• Experience with embedded software for motor drives and IoT (Bluetooth/WiFi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project execution, including design, development, integration, and testing.
• Provide team leadership and guidance across business and technical topics for system integration.
• Collaborate with supporting teams for subsystem design, testing, development, supplier selection, manufacturing, and product support.
• Lead the development of embedded software for brushless motor control products used in professional power tools and outdoor equipment.
• Support the design and development of sensored and sensorless algorithms for brushless motor controls.
• Partner with battery charger, power conversion, and motor controls teams along with product development leaders.
• Work with NPI, product support, and manufacturing leaders to support successful product delivery.
