You will lead embedded software across motor-driven tools, guiding design, integration and testing, and collaborating with battery and motor teams to deliver high‑quality products.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years in leadership, strong communication skills, and a background in sensorless/sensored motor control algorithms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience with embedded product development.
• 10+ years of engineering experience and 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with motor drives and sensorless/sensored algorithms preferred.
• Exposure to IoT devices and connected products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple product lines for embedded software in brushless motors.
• Oversee design, development, integration and testing of embedded software.
• Drive product delivery in collaboration with battery, power, and motor teams.
