The role emphasizes high-speed hardware, system-level architecture, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, program management, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 10+ years' experience.
• Experience with Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Strong system engineering and problem-solving skills.
• Deep embedded hardware knowledge and processor systems (Intel/ARM/PIC/Atmel/NXP).
• Experience with Ethernet, PCIe, PCI, Fibre Channel, I2C, SPI, USB.
• Validation and production test methodologies experience.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor teams.
• US citizenship required.
