Job summary

You will drive safety-critical compliance (UL 60730 Annex H), oversee V-model processes, and collaborate with hardware teams to ensure robust integration with STM32 MCUs, CAN/CANFD, RS-485, and related interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in embedded software.
• Strong C/C++ for embedded systems with RTOS.
• Knowledge of safety standards IEC 60730 Annex H.
• Experience with CAN/CANFD, RS-485, I2C/SPI.
• Embedded security practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmware development for BMS ensuring V-model adherence and safety compliance.
• Manage and mentor a team of embedded engineers.
• Drive safety features and diagnostics per UL 60730 Annex H.
• Design and implement communication interfaces (CAN/CANFD, RS-485, I2C) for real-time data.
• Collaborate with hardware teams for robust firmware/hardware integration.
• Develop documentation, test plans, and compliance reports.
• Contribute to product roadmap and process improvements.
