Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Systems Engineering professional to translate product requirements into robust control solutions for HVAC-focused products. You will lead development of embedded controls, work with software teams to ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate testing, reliability analysis, and documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing, Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to drive continuous improvement and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in embedded software or control system design.
• 10+ years in product development across HVAC/auto/aerospace/white goods.
• Experience with model-based design and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the complete controls sub-system for new product development.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure high-quality embedded control systems.
• Provide reliability analysis and coordinate engineering documentation release.
• Develop and execute testing/qualification for software modules and controls.
• Lead presentations for Qualification Review Boards and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Identify reliable, cost-effective components for new product development.
