Job summary

Braze is seeking an experienced Team Lead, Email Deliverability to drive advanced deliverability strategies and support for a regional client portfolio. You will mentor a team of deliverability consultants, partner with Success, Support, Sales, and Growth to optimize client email programs, and promote best practices across the organization.

The role combines hands-on advisory work with team leadership, offering equity and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or mentoring email deliverability consultants to influence team culture and performance.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability concepts and best practices.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced deliverability support to customers and internal teams.
• Oversee a small portfolio of assigned customers with Deliverability Services Consulting entitlement.
• Lead and develop a regionally-based deliverability team through coaching and career development.
• Interface with prospects and customers to build trust and relationships.
• Act as escalation point for regional team to resolve deliverability issues and improve retention.
• Plan long-term deliverability strategies for high-visibility brands.
