Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive engineering experience in product development, design, manufacturing, or quality roles.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months after starting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for electro-mechanical elevator systems and brake components.
• Lead brake product development, validation, testing, and commercialization from concept to launch and field follow-up.
