Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a Superintendent – New Installation to oversee all construction operations, ensuring timely, profitable jobs and the branch growth in Austin.

The role requires directing field crews, coordinating with owners, contractors and architects, and enforcing safety and quality standards across turnkey elevator installations. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years’ branch management experience.
• Ability to write reports and proposals.
• Ability to present information to management and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data and draw conclusions.
• Requires valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Supervises construction field employees, directing & training and applying company policies.
• Plans, directs and prioritizes elevator installations and manpower needs.
• Reviews job status using accounting reports to identify risk and opportunities.
• Manages subcontractor schedule on turnkey projects.
• Maintains knowledge of elevator industry codes and SOPs.
