Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking an Electronics Security Systems Site Lead Technician to drive day-to-day activities across multiple programs. The role demands leading technician teams on fast-paced projects and delivering high-quality installations from kickoff through closeout.

Candidates should have 5+ years in electronic security installation, 3+ years in project leadership with 6+ technicians, and 2+ years in data center projects, plus the ability to obtain Secret clearance and the listed electronics

Qualifications

• Five plus years of electronic security system installation with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Three plus years of project lead experience with teams of 6 or more technicians.
• Two plus years of data center project execution environment experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Secret level clearance.
• HS diploma or GED; Valid driver's license.
• Formal electronics training as listed above; OSHA 30 certified.
• Certification/experience with Lenel, Honeywell, Hanwha, and Milestone; SSA suitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead/guide/mentor technician teams on fast paced time critical projects.
• Understand and analyze design documentation, system data, and statements of work.
• Complete high-quality device installations from project kick off to close.
• Execute testing to verify high-quality installations.
• Install system raceway and cabling; terminate and test cabling and components.
• Install equipment racks, enclosures, panels, and mounting hardware.
• Meet attendance requirements and working hours of the project.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, subordinates and customers.
• Incorporate and follow all required safety practices.
