Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of related experience; or Master’s with 3 years; or PhD with 1 year.
• Practical experience with payload systems and systems integration.
• Experience in managing suppliers and working with government clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for a payloads subsystem and report to technical leads.
• Coordinate readiness reviews, test briefs, training, and security coordination.
• Perform post-test analysis, data validation, and defect investigations in a lab.
• Support pre-test activities including test planning and objective verification.
