Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years related engineering experience, or Master’s with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
• Practical experience with payload systems.
• Technical development and systems integration experience.
• Experience managing suppliers.
• Active US Govt Top-Secret Clearance or higher.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SCI clearance and SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Meet readiness reviews, site training, test briefs and debriefs, security coordination.
• Post-test support: review, analysis, defect investigation, and troubleshooting.
• Pre-test support: testing planning to ensure objectives and specs are met.
• Coordinate anomalies with engineering and supplier SMEs.
