Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience relevant to facility maintenance and supervision.
• Experience with electrical and electronic equipment and systems.
• Ability to prepare cost estimates and associated reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance, operations, and repair work for facility electrical and electronic systems.
• Provide technical advice and supervision of trades workers and contractors.
• Prepare cost estimates and purchase requisitions, and generate reports.
• Supervise staff including training, assigning work, and performance reviews.
