Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions in Plano, TX is seeking a Lead Assembly Operator for a full-time, first-shift role. You will assemble, inspect, and test electronic products while following quality and safety standards in an on-site manufacturing environment.

The role requires reading technical documents, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous PCBA/box-build experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow technical documents/work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in manufacturing.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred: 1+ year PCBA/box-build experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCBA and box-build products per work instructions.
• Perform manual/mechanical assembly tasks (fastening, wiring, labeling, soldering).
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, soldering/test equipment safely.
• Inspect assemblies for defects and verify orientation.
• Complete production/inspection records and maintain traceability.
• Follow 5S and ESD controls, maintain clean work areas.
• Communicate quality issues or equipment concerns to leadership.
