Job summary

Knowles Precision Devices is seeking a detail-oriented Leading and Assembly Operator to support production on the assembly line. You will read orders, prepare parts, and perform assembly tasks while inspecting and sorting components to ensure product quality.

The role requires basic measuring tools use, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders, processing charts, drawings, and specs.
• Prepare, assemble, inspect, and sort components and subassemblies.
• Identify and report defects and route for rework or scrap.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures.
• Support team productivity and assist coworkers as needed.
• Work overtime including extended hours or weekends as required.
