Job summary

Keysight, based in Holmdel, New Jersey, seeks an assembler to join its manufacturing team. This onsite, first-shift role focuses on assembling electromechanical products, including PCBA and cable assemblies, enclosures, and power supplies.

You will apply BOMs, drawings, and routings to build and test components, while maintaining quality and supporting training for peers. The position emphasizes hands-on work, adherence to IPC standards, and collaboration to resolve build challenges.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant assembly experience, including at least one year of hands-on electro-mechanical assembly.
• Experience with PCBAs, wire harnesses, mechanical enclosures, and related subassemblies.
• Ability to interpret BOMs, engineering drawings, schematics, routings, and work instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Quality/compliance knowledge including IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on electromechanical assembly and related manufacturing operations for Keysight products.
• Plan and complete work using BOMs, drawings, schematics, routings, and work instructions.
• Handle components and materials for production, support inventory accuracy.
• Perform testing, rework, and inspection of assemblies per standards.
• Enter production or inventory data into ERP as needed.
• Determine approaches to tasks and solve manufacturing problems.
• Share knowledge and train other Manufacturing Operations Support employees.
