WITRON Group in Lansing, MI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead electro-mechanical technicians, ensure safety, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize system uptime. You will work cross-functionally with Production, Onsite IT, and external partners to maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in a maintenance supervisory role, with a strong background in automated material handling, PLCs, and 480 VAC systems.

Qualifications

• Front-line maintenance supervision experience
• Experience with electro-mechanical technicians
• Knowledge of 480 VAC, PLC controls, electromechanical systems
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifts
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines
• Must have 1-3 years in maintenance supervision in fast-paced environments
• Associates degree preferred with 3–5 years in similar roles
• Familiarity with automated material handling systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor electro-mechanical technicians.
• Ensure safety-first operations and policy compliance.
• Coordinate preventive, planned, and unscheduled maintenance.
• Serve as first contact for employee relations and maintenance issues.
• Maintain system performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Schedule workforce and manage daily assignments.
• Communicate with production and external partners to minimize downtime.
• Lead meetings with teams and customers to align on goals.
