Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1–3 years in a maintenance supervisory role in a fast-paced warehouse, light industry, or related environment
• Associates degree in a relevant subject with 3–5 years in a maintenance supervisory role in a fast-paced warehouse, light industry, or related environment
• Experience with automated material handling systems
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Inspire a Safety-First mindset among colleagues
• Lead maintenance with direct instruction to technicians
• Coordinate with Production, IT, and external partners to ensure uptime
• Execute planned, preventive, and unscheduled maintenance activities
• Develop processes to maintain system performance during shifts and high-volume periods
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors for optimal performance
• Escalate downtime according to guidelines
• Schedule staff and daily work assignments
• Utilize detailed reporting to drive continuous improvement
