Job summary

WITRON is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to maintain our automated systems, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and support operators. You will document tasks in CMMS, follow safety protocols, and uphold 5S practices to ensure high equipment performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of electromechanical maintenance experience, proficiency with conveyors and drive technology, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. Willingness to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as Electromechanical Technician.
• Experience maintaining and repairing automated systems (conveyors, cranes, hoists).
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with AC/DC systems; ability to read wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical drive technology and PLC basics.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.
• Comfortable working independently or in a team; adaptable to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform unplanned and reactive electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Execute planned maintenance work orders per policies.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
• Monitor system performance and operational status.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS accurately.
• Apply 5S principles to keep workspace organized.
• Support commissioning activities pre-go-live with project teams.
