Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 1–3 years in a maintenance supervisory role in fast-paced warehouse or related environment.
• Associates degree with 3–5 years of maintenance supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electro-mechanical technicians.
• Coordinate with Production, Onsite IT, and partners to maximize system up-time.
• Perform planned, preventive, and unscheduled maintenance under guidance of Maintenance Manager.
• Develop and implement training and assessment programs for maintenance staff.
• Record and report on system performance and drive continuous improvement.
