Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of experience; graduate degree with 7+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience accepted.
• Experience leading 4–10 person teams across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams of 4–10 members.
• Deliver program cost and schedule goals.
• Plan and request team resources for current and projected programs.
• Define total systems design, technology, and processes to meet mission requirements.
• Coordinate across engineering to design, develop and test products; resolve interfaces.
• Perform capacity planning with other leaders and managers.
• Utilize Simulation, Modeling, Design, Agile Development, Integration & Test.
• Support business development with cost/schedule input for bids.
