Job summary

Integrated Power Services seeks an experienced Electro-Mechanical Field Service Specialist to perform advanced diagnostics and on-site motor repairs in demanding industrial environments such as surface mining facilities and draglines. You will lead field crews, ensure safety and quality, and represent IPS professionally while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on AC/DC motor service in mining/heavy industrial environments.
• Vibration analysis and motor diagnostics experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to train field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service technicians during projects, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform advanced diagnostics (vibration analysis, thermography, electrical testing) and motor repairs.
• Conduct motor removal, installation, troubleshooting, and alignment in industrial/mining settings.
• Prepare detailed service reports with findings and recommendations and mentor teammates.
