Job summary

Timberline Communications is seeking a seasoned Supervisor Electrician to oversee electrical work across Washington and Oregon. The role requires leading installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution while ensuring safety and compliance with NEC and state codes.

The ideal candidate holds Master Electrician licenses in WA and OR, has telecom infrastructure experience, and can manage crews independently while coordinating with project managers and customers.

Qualifications

• Active Master Electrician license in Washington.
• Active Master Electrician license in Oregon; ability to obtain/maintain credentials.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications/wireless infrastructure.
• Experience leading electrical crews, subcontractors, and field construction activities.
• Ability to travel between Washington and Oregon as required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and state electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform, oversee, and coordinate electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Lead electrical crews and provide direction to electricians, apprentices, and field personnel.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and Washington/Oregon codes and permits.
• Review plans, drawings, and project requirements; coordinate labor, materials, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with project managers, customers, contractors, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain safety practices, inspect completed work, and resolve field issues.
