Job summary

Timberline Communications seeks a Supervisor Electrician to oversee electrical work across Washington and Oregon. You will lead crews, plan installations, and ensure compliance with NEC and state codes while coordinating with project managers and clients.

The ideal candidate holds Master Electrician licenses in WA and OR (or can obtain) with 3+ years in telecom/wireless infrastructure, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Master Electrician license in Washington.
• Active Master Electrician license in Oregon, or ability to obtain/maintain.
• 3+ years of experience supporting telecommunication/wireless infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing electrical crews and field construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and applicable Washington and Oregon electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Lead electricians, apprentices, and field personnel; provide direction as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and state/county electrical codes in WA and OR.
• Review plans, drawings, and project requirements; coordinate materials and scheduling.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and communications with inspectors and stakeholders.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; monitor site conditions and provide corrective actions.
