North Sky Communications, LLC is seeking a Supervisor - Telecom Construction Underground to lead daily field operations across Oregon. You will oversee underground crews, ensure project execution aligns with blueprints, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in underground telecom construction, read engineering drawings, and hold a valid driver's license; OSHA 10/30 is a plus. Regional travel to job sites in Oregon may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of underground telecom construction supervision experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layouts.
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily underground operations for field crews across the Oregon region.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA/DOT standards, and local regulations; conduct regular safety inspections.
• Interpret blueprints to execute daily regional project objectives; coordinate routing and 811 utility locates.
• Monitor regional production progress; manage equipment allocation; minimize downtime.
• Perform site quality audits; maintain production logs; report updates to management.
• Coach crew members and support ongoing team development.
