Construction Job Force in Grandville, MI is seeking an Electrician Foreman. This hands-on role starts on project teams and advances into leading projects, mentoring apprentices and ensuring safe, high-quality installations across HVAC-R and building automation systems.

You will read blueprints, install and troubleshoot electrical systems for commercial/industrial buildings, coordinate materials and schedules, and travel within about an hour of Grandville as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Journeyman Electrician card.
• Journeyman-level experience installing and servicing electrical systems in commercial/industrial environments.
• Experience with HVAC and building automation systems, including HVAC-R-focused electrical work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and construction documents to plan and execute installations.
• Proven ability to run projects independently, including planning, coordinating, and completing work with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Interpret blueprints and plans to lay out and install the electrical side of HVAC systems and building automation controls.
• Install electrical power, communications, lighting, control systems, and security systems for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Lead project execution on HVAC-R/building automation installations and mentor apprentices.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems to ensure reliability and safety.
• Coordinate electrical installations for HVAC systems, including wiring, conduits, terminations, and panels.
