• Identify potential quality issues from review of construction documents.
• Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment installation standards and checklist procedures.
• Perform safety checks on job sites and ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Provide guidance to field employees and management on site quality and commissioning.
• On-site coaching and employee development related to audits and crisis situations.
