Veracity Electric is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead field operations on commercial projects. You will supervise crews, plan daily tasks, read blueprints, and ensure work aligns with NEC, safety regulations, and company standards.

You will coordinate labor and materials, mentor apprentices, complete reports, and maintain equipment while promoting a safe, productive team culture. Travel to sites is required; overtime may be needed to meet schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years as a Journeyman Electrician.
• Minimum of two years supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Willingness to travel to assigned job sites.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and lead teams of electricians and apprentices on assigned job sites.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical schematics, and construction drawings.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and oversee electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, lighting, and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local regulations, project specs, and company standards.
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and electricians to strengthen skills and leadership.
• Complete daily reports, timesheets, safety docs, and project updates.
• Promote safe work practices and conduct jobsite safety meetings.
