Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Foreman Electrician in Berea, KY to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects.

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, read blueprints, supervise execution, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will mentor team members, develop work plans, coordinate materials, and collaborate with supervision to meet production and budget goals while adhering to NEC guidelines and

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities and can grow in this area by leading a crew of ~5.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, project specs, and schematics.
• Basic understanding of coordination with other trades and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn BlueBeam/Navisworks for project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and safety requirements.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Help achieve production and budget goals through clear team communication.
• Ensure compliance with local and NEC guidelines.
• Perform field layout and install electrical conduits and devices.
• Read project specifications and lay out work from drawings.
