Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to supervise a crew on commercial/industrial electrical installations, alterations, and repairs. You will lead, train, and evaluate a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to NEC and local codes.

You will read blueprints, develop material lists, and coordinate with supervision to align with schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach teams of roughly five Journeyman electricians and helpers.
• Strong reading and interpretation of blueprints, project specs, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets high standards and project schedules.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and communicate needs to supervision.
• Lay out and install electrical conduit, devices, panels and feeders per specs.
• Coordinate with other trades and read project drawings and specifications.
