Essential Job Functions

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve service calls and work orders.
• Must have experience with service changes, upgrades, rewiring, and panel upgrades/swaps.
• Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of working time, description of work performed, and materials used.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep the customer informed of what, when, and how you will get the job done.
• Attend weekly meetings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to maintain a well-inventoried service truck.
• Adaptability to changing business practices and customer needs, willingness to work flexible hours.
• Ability to handle invoicing, timesheets, and paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean driving record and drive safely at all times.
  
  

Compensation

• Commissioned based pay:
• $80k-$120k yearly.
• Weekly Pay.
