Job summary

Management Performance Associates in Orlando seeks a hands-on Technical Service Manager for its Electrical Testing group. You will run the local field team, still work in the field, price and win work, and own job profitability.

You’ll schedule crews, build quotes, review test reports, track costs to meet margins, and mentor technicians toward higher NETA levels. The role requires NETA certification and 5+ years in electrical testing, with willingness to work nights, weekends, and emergencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance.
• NETA Level III/IV preferred, willing to upgrade.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating field projects.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the local test crew, and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and give customers practical technical options.
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
• Track job costs so projects meet margin goals.
• Mentor techs and help them move up through NETA levels.
