Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is looking for a hands-on Technical Service Manager for our Orlando, FL operation. You will lead the local field team, price and win work, and own project profitability while continuing to perform hands-on field duties.

The role requires NETA certification (Level III or IV preferred), 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and proven crew leadership. Expect travel up to 50% and a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and emergency calls.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in electrical testing and maintenance (breakers, MCCs, relays, switchgear). Military power-production backgrounds are welcome (Army Prime Power, USAF EPP, Navy).
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading crews, and comfort with nights, weekends and emergency work.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the local test crew, and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and give customers practical technical options.
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
• Track job costs so projects meet margin goals.
• Mentor techs and help them move up through NETA levels.
