Job summary

Accounting Search seeks a hands-on Technical Service Manager for our Orlando, FL client in electrical testing and maintenance. You will lead the local field crew, work in the field, price and win work, and own job profitability.

This role requires a NETA certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and a willingness to advance to higher levels. You will mentor technicians and coordinate night/weekend/emergency work.

Qualifications

• NETA certification Level III or IV preferred; willingness to advance to a higher level.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance (breakers, MCCs, relays, switchgear).
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the local test crew and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and present practical technical options to customers.
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
• Track job costs to ensure projects meet margin goals.
• Mentor technicians and help them advance through NETA levels.
