Job summary

Eosol Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee PV electrical work during the construction phase. You will lead the electrical team, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to keep on schedule.

This role demands strong technical know‑how and hands‑on problem solving on site. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of direct PV project supervision, fluency in English, and valid US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in electrical supervision for PV projects.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken) for stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards relevant to PV installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the electrical construction team to ensure safe, high‑quality installations.
• Oversee daily electrical activities and coordinate with site supervisors, PMs, and subcontractors.
• Enforce quality control procedures, inspect work, and verify compliance with design specs.
• Maintain safety culture, conduct briefings, assess hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance, review drawings, and support commissioning and handover.
