Job summary

Eosol Group is seeking a Site Manager for a significant photovoltaic project in the United States. You will oversee construction, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will lead the on-site team, coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and authorities, and manage schedules, costs, and reporting to senior management. A minimum of 3 years PV site management experience and USA work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: a minimum of 3 years as a Site Manager in photovoltaic projects during construction.
• Advanced level of English essential for communication with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities according to plans and schedules.
• Manage site team including subcontractors; foster collaboration and productivity.
• Enforce quality control and safety policies to meet high standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedule; identify delays and take corrective actions.
• Oversee budget and resources to stay within financial limits.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Resolve issues on site and maintain thorough documentation.
