Job summary

Eosol Group is hiring Solar Project Supervisors to oversee photovoltaic construction projects in the USA. You will lead site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple facets from mechanical to electrical and civil works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct PV project experience in your field.
• Advanced level of English (C1); Spanish a plus but not required.
• Valid USA work visa.
• Deep knowledge of solar PV construction and safety standards.
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activities, coordinate resources, manage schedules and ensure project progress.
• Supervise the installation and integration of mechanical components of the solar farm.
• Oversee electrical installations, including wiring, inverters, and grid connections.
• Implement rigorous quality control to meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor civil works, foundations, access roads and drainage.
• Lead HSE programs, conduct safety inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations.
