Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Site Manager in PV construction projects.
• Must possess a valid work permit for the USA.
• Advanced level English for written and spoken communication.
• Strong understanding of PV systems and construction methods.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring plans, specs, and schedules are followed.
• Direct the site construction team, including subcontractors and labor.
• Implement strict quality control to meet high project standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment; enforce health and safety policies.
• Develop and monitor the project schedule; manage delays with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project management to monitor costs and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, local authorities, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain site documentation, daily reports, safety records, and logs.
