Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven PV project experience in your field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1); Spanish a plus.
• Valid US work visa.

Responsibilities

• Site Management: oversee on-site activities, coordinate resources, manage schedules.
• Mechanical Supervision: supervise mounting structures, trackers, and related equipment.
• Electrical Supervision: oversee wiring, inverters, and grid connection work.
• Quality Assurance: enforce rigorous quality control throughout construction.
• Civil Supervision: direct site prep, foundations, roads, drainage.
• HSE Supervision: promote safety culture and implement HSE plans.
