Faith Technologies, Inc. (FTI) seeks an Excellerate Superintendent I to lead our electrical teams with a strong NEC background and a commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This role supports coaching, scheduling, and cost control across multi-project environments.

6 AM–6 PM schedule, travel 10–25%, full-time on-site position in Indiana, with overtime as needed; apprenticeship or equivalent experience required. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
• Travel: 10 to 25%
• Work Schedule: 6 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday; overtime possible; near any day to meet business needs

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical teams and ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and within budget
• Conduct safety audits and promote a culture of safety
• Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades
• Communicate issues and opportunities to PM/Management to protect margins
• Coach and develop direct reports and participate in performance reviews
• Partner with Talent to optimize recruiting for direct reports
• Participate in hiring referrals and mentoring programs
• Perform other related duties as required
